Privacy policy
Last updated October 28, 2026
Prosperity Ops (“we”) builds and maintains automation for businesses in Canada & the US. This page explains, in plain language, what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have. We follow Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
What we collect
- When you use our contact form: your name, work email, company (optional), your message, and whether you ticked the box to receive occasional emails from us.
- When you book an audit: booking happens on Google Calendar, which collects the details you enter there under Google’s own privacy policy. We receive the booking and the information you provide.
- When you browse: we don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your own browser and never sent to us. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to run and secure the site.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare for your workflow audit.
- To send occasional emails about automation, only if you ticked that box. Every such email lets you unsubscribe.
- To keep the site running and protect it from abuse.
We don’t sell or rent personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
If we emailed you first
We sometimes introduce ourselves to businesses by email. We only use an address that the business has published on its own website, we only write about work relevant to the recipient’s role, and we record where we found the address. Every email identifies us, includes our mailing address and tells you how to unsubscribe. If you reply “unsubscribe”, we add you to a do-not-contact list and won’t email you again.
Who helps us run things
We use a small number of trusted service providers, who process information only on our behalf:
- Render hosts this website.
- Resend delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
- Google provides our email and booking calendar.
These providers may store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and booking details for as long as we’re talking with you or working together, and then delete them unless we need to keep them for legal or accounting reasons. Do-not-contact requests are kept so we can keep honouring them.
Your choices
- Ask what information we hold about you, and get a copy.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Withdraw consent to marketing emails at any time, using the unsubscribe option or by contacting us.
Contact us at prosperalabi7@gmail.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Keeping it safe
We limit access to the people who need it, use encrypted connections, and keep client data out of shared tools. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
